Mohammed-Nasser represents the Middle East region as a member of the Allinial Global EMEIA Board. Nasser’s experience spans over 30 years, covering several areas including Corporate Governance, Forensic Accounting, Risk Management, Compliance, and Risk-based Internal Audit. Throughout his career, he has occupied several positions in the fields of Auditing and Financial Consultancy and was the Partner and Service Line Leader for the Middle East Business Risk Services at Grant Thornton. During that time, Nasser led the development of BRS practices for 11 member firms in the region. Nasser has also supervised the design, implementation, and evaluation of internal controls and the implementation of Risk-Based Internal Audit methodology in a number of well-known organizations throughout the Middle East.

Over the years, Nasser oversaw the implementation of ORM, ERM, and Internal Audit Systems in numerous organizations in the Middle East. He also participated in several assignments related to Outsourcing Internal Audits and Developing Corporate Governance services. Nasser was also responsible for conducting detailed Risk assessment projects for a number of well-known banks and supervising the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for organizations operating in several industries including a Major regulator in Saudi Arabia.
